Dr. Bhaskar Viswanathan is a distinguished radiation oncologist with over two decades of experience in the field. He currently serves as the Professor and Head of the Department of Radiation Oncology at Amrita Hospital, Faridabad. Dr. Viswanathan completed his MD in Radiation Oncology from Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Bengaluru, in 1997. He further honed his expertise through a clinical research project at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, in 1998, and a clinical fellowship at Juravinski Cancer Centre, Hamilton, Canada. His career includes significant roles at Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology and Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bengaluru, where he contributed to advancements in radiation therapy techniques.
